The techniques described below are developed for all fitness levels and can be applied anywhere, from the comfort of your own home to the stunning views of the beach.

For an optimal aerobic workout, once you finish diaphragmatic breathing jump into a timed circuit:

3 SETS, each with 3 EXERCISES

Each exercise lasts 1 MINUTE
(Do as many reps as you can)

1 minute BREAK in between sets
(That's 9 exercises in 12 mins)
